Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO) shareholders approved a total dividend of ₦12.76 per share for the 2025 financial year. Comprising a final dividend of ₦11.76 per share on top of an earlier interim payout at the company's Fifth Annual General Meeting held virtually on April 28, 2026.

The dividend payable to shareholders on GTCO's register as of April 13, 2026, subject to withholding tax deductions; the total payout amounts to ₦429.83 billion.

Shareholders also elected two new Independent Non-Executive Directors: Babatunde Soyoye and Marie Namias re-elected two existing board members, retained Ernst & Young as external auditors, approved directors' remuneration at ₦334 million annually, and granted the group a standing mandate to conduct routine related-party transactions under Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) rules.
